Gold Bridges Inc. assists university graduates from across Canada to find employment relevant to their fields of study and obtain their permanent resident status in Manitoba.

This is a no charge service to employers, as Gold Bridges is retained by the candidates to assist them in their employment placement.

A wide range of exceptional candidates is available, including graduates in Commerce, Finance and International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, Financial Planning and Educational Administration.

Gold Bridges screens all candidates through the use of a values and skills assessment program to ensure suitability for their chosen area of employment.

We ensure professional presentation of candidate resumes, qualifications and transcripts. In addition, we coordinate interviews between candidate and employer.

Gold Bridges provides employer assistance in preparing employment agreements to meet immigration requirements, including the preparation and approval of all immigration and work visa documents to ensure the eligibility of the candidate to work in Canada.

Post employment follow-up with employer and employee are provided to ensure placement satisfaction.

Technical & Community College Graduates

Gold Bridges has responded to the need for technically skilled workers by assisting graduates from technical and community colleges find employment with business and industry in Manitoba.

Working closely with technical colleges, we assist in placing students in work practicum required for the completion of their educational qualification. Employers have successfully found qualified candidates for employment by evaluating their skills and abilities through a practicum that varies from 2 – 4 weeks in length.

Our candidate inventory includes graduates from Culinary Arts, Industrial Electronics, Graphic Arts, Industrial Welding, CAD Drafting, Precision Metal Manufacturing, Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Engineering programs.

Gold Bridges works closely with educational institutions to monitor the progress and employment readiness of each candidate.
