Acquired Skills

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Interpret diagrams and schematic drawings to lay out work procedures
• Operate rig equipment and dollies to locate heavy machinery and parts
• Knowing how to fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts
• Test equipment and make any necessary adjustments
• Conduct preventive and operational maintenance using procedures
• Capable of trouble-shooting hydraulic, pneumatic and programmable logic controls
• Tack welding  and fabrication as well as maintain an inventory of replacement parts as needed
